1.1 These Terms of Use ( “Terms”) are entered into between PATLITE (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD, a company incorporated in Singapore, with its registered office at No.2 Leng Kee Road, #05-01 Thye Hong Centre, Singapore 159086 (“we”, “us” or “our”) , and any person or entity accessing or using this Website (“User”, “you” or “your”).
1.2 By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and agree to comply with them, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue your use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that you may have under applicable law.
1.3 The Website is primarily intended for business customers and is operated for corporate information, product presentation and business inquiries concerning industrial signal lights, audible and visual warning devices and related industrial control products. The Website is not intended to operate as an online marketplace, financial services platform or other transactional internet services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any mandatory rights or protections that apply to you under applicable law.
